Welcome to Art by Sylwia. By purchasing from this website or joining any membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

All products and services offered through Art by Sylwia, including original artwork, prints, commissions, the Art Mail Club, and the Art for the Soul Painting Club, are subject to these terms.

By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

Original Artwork

  • All original paintings are one-of-a-kind.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Prints

  • Prints are produced with care to reflect the original artwork.

  • Slight variations in color may occur.

Commissions

  • Commission work is custom and based on agreed details.

  • A deposit is required before work begins.

  • Commissions are refundable if arrive damaged.  Deposit is non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

Art Mail Club

  • This is a recurring monthly subscription.

  • You will be billed automatically each billing cycle.

  • Your print will be shipped according to the monthly schedule provided.  Prints ship the first week of the month.

  • Any bonuses (such as surprise prints) are not guaranteed unless stated.

Art for the Soul Painting Club

  • Membership includes access to digital painting tutorials and content.

  • New content is added periodically (typically monthly, but may vary).

  • Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, reproduced or used for business purposes.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location.

  • Art by Sylwia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds​

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@artbysylwia.com within 30 days of receiving the item, with photos.

  • Approved cases may be replaced or refunded at discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, tutorials, and content are the property of Art by Sylwia.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Painting tutorials are for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Art by Sylwia is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays or issues beyond reasonable control

  • Personal interpretations or outcomes from artwork or tutorials

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any updates.
